Indiana Model United Nations is one of the largest and well-funded student organizations on campus. We boast the highest-ranked Indiana travel team, the largest high school conference in the state, and we host the only ranked collegiate conference in Indiana. Our team is ranked top 28 in North America for 2024-25.

President and Chairman
Griffin Chesebrough
Griffin is a senior from Fishers, Indiana. He is majoring in Law and Public Policy with minors in Philosophy and Nonprofit Management. This is Griffin’s eighth year participating in Model United Nations. He previously served as Vice President, Member Educator, and Director General of HoosierMUN II. Griffin is also a part of the IU Ethics Bowl and Residential Programming Services. Griffin enjoys spending time with friends and family, drinking Dr. Pepper, and going to the movies!

Vice President
Dylan Emberton
Dylan is a junior from Greenwood, Indiana, studying Law and Public Policy and HR Management. He has participated in MUN for 7 years now, starting at Center Grove High School. He served as a Member Educator, Crisis Director, and as the Chief of Staff for IndianaMUNC XII. Outside of MUN, Dylan works as a research assistant for the “Observing Civic Engagement Lab” and is an Associate Justice of the IUSG Supreme Court. Dylan enjoys spending time with friends, playing board games, and trying new foods.

Nilay Patel
Nilay is a senior from New Jersey studying Law and Public Policy. He has served as the Chief of Staff for HoosierMUN II and as the USG of SPEC for IndianaMUNC XII.

Conference Coordinator
Aster Boschet
Aster is a junior from Fort Wayne, Indiana. They are majoring in Religious Studies, Philosophy, and Chinese with a minor in French. In their third year in MUN, they are currently the USG of Crisis for IndianaMUNC XIII and a Crisis Director for HoosierMUN III. Outside of MUN, Aster works at the East Asian Studies Center and as the Chancellor for the Collins Living-Learning Center. They hope to attend graduate school to study holy sites in contemporary Chinese Buddhism, but in the meantime they enjoy making websites, reading horror, cooking, and looking at bugs!

Member Educator
Asha Adhikari
Asha is a sophomore from Westfield, Indiana, studying Law and Public Policy with a minor in Public Health. She is also serving as the Chief of Staff for IndianaMUNC XIII. Outside of MUN, Asha is a Sustainability Scholar, O’Neill Leadership Program Intern, and TA. She enjoys knitting, cooking, and karaoke.

Anastasia Yiannoutsos
Ana is a sophomore from Zionsville, Indiana, studying International/Global Studies and French & Francophone Studies. She is also serving as the USG of GA/SPEC for HoosierMUN III. She served as the Vice Chair of the Bretton Woods Conference during IndianaMUNC XII.

Programming Director
Cassidy Dong
Cassidy is a sophomore from Bloomington, Indiana, studying Law and Public Policy. She previously served as the Chair of the Ad-Hoc SPEC: NSA Committee for IndianaMUNC XII.

Lily Nault
Lily is a senior studying International Law and Institutions and Middle Eastern Languages. Apart from her roles at IndianaMUN, she serves as an HLS and Hutton Ambassador. In her free time she enjoys being physically active and perfecting her banana bread recipe! Post graduation, Lily wants to attend law school and focus on pro-bono immigration law for women who are facing domestic violence in Latin America and the Middle East.

Secretary-General, HoosierMUN III
Zaina Hayek
Zaina is a senior studying Political Science and Comparative Literature. She served as the Director General of HoosierMUN I and as the USG of Policy for HoosierMUN II. She was also the Crisis Director of the Death of Stalin Committee during IndianaMUNC XI.
