Indiana Model United Nations Inc. is unaffiliated with Indiana University. Our event does, however, take place on the Indiana University campus and is categorized as a "Program Involving Children." As such, the University requires us to obtain consent for three documents:

1) Photo Release – Signing this document allows us and the University to photograph the participant in conference settings and use the photos without restriction in promotional contexts.
2) Liability Release – Signing this document absolves the program and the University of liability in the event that certain actions cause harm to the participant.
3) Emergency Contact – Completing the document allows us to contact someone in the event that an emergency involving the participant occurs.
